There may be other factors that would lead to a <br />rejection of employment not listed. <br />Section 4.07 Training Period (see also 3.23) <br />The training period is an integral part of the selection process and will be used for the purpose of <br />closely observing the employee's work and for training the employee in work expectations. <br />Training periods apply to new hires, transfers, promotions, and rehires.
