The first was in 1968, the second in 1970. In each case a <br />resolution was passed adopting the original assessment rolls and <br />stipulating that for the years subsequent to the original <br />assessment the maintenance of the improvement would be assessed <br />each year, with payment to be made with the general taxes payable <br />in the year for which the assessment is levied. i have attached <br />copies of the original resolutions and the current year <br />collectible assessment rolls for 1986.
