PAGE 10 3465 SHORELINE DR. continued Minnie Cathers and Elizabeth Sackrison submitted a petition (Exhibit A) signed by Navarre merchants asking the City to consider waiving the excessive amount of sewer units for the proposed laundromat property. It was moved by Councilmembei Frahm, seconded by Councilmember Adams, to table this matter until the August 26th Council meeting for staff to review and make a recommendation. Motion, Ayes (3), Nays (0). CITY ENGINEER' 'PORT: CONTRACTOR'S REQUEST FOR PAYMENT* It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by Councilmember Frahm, to approve payment to A.R.I. Contracting, Inc. for the Sanitary Sewer Improvements Crystal Bay Project as recommended. Motion, Ayes (3), Nays (0). WILLOW DRIVE & 01 CRYSTAL BAY ROAD* NSA VARIANCE RESOLUTIONS 11833 6 #1834 It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by Councilmember Frahm, to adopt the following Resolutions: Resolution #183- A Resolution setting a speed limit of 30 mph along Willow Drive near Fox Street and indemnifying the Minne- sota Dept. of Transportation from any claims as a result of setti-3 such speed limit. Resolution #1834 - A Resolution setting a speed 1: 30 mph along mold Crystal BaN from Co. Rd. d4 to Co. Rd. u .,d indemnifying the Minnesota Dept. of Transportation from all claims as a result of setting such .deed limit. Motion, Ayes (3), Nays (0).
