sitories for the regular funds of this school district and the officers of the <br />School Board are hereby authorized in the name of and on behalf of the School <br />Board to open or cause to be opened or to continue or cause to be continued <br />accounts with said banks and to execute and deliver to said banks, signature <br />cards supplied by said banks containing said banks usual customer agreement <br />applicable to such accounts and the signatures of the officers or other persons <br />herinafter named are hereby authorized to act for and on behalf of the School <br />Board or otherwise to endorse or cause to be endorsed, to negotiate or cause to <br />be negotiated, or to deposit or cause to be deposited in such accounts any <br />money, checks, drafts, orders, notes or other instruments payable or held by <br />this School Board. Said officers are: David McKown, Kitty Crosby, Don <br />Anderson. <br />UPON MOTION by Bill Levering, seconded by Kitty Crosby, the following investment <br />depositories were approved and George Stubbs and William Fenholt are authorized <br />to transfer funds among these financial institutions for investment purposes: <br />1. Marquette Bank <br />2. Norwest Bank of Minneapolis . <br />3. First Bank of Minneapolis <br />4. Midwest Federal Savings and Loan of Minneapolis <br />5. First Federal Savings and Loan of Wayzata <br />6. Twin City Federal Savings and Loan <br />7. Financial Corporation of America <br />8. State Bank of Long Lake <br />9 1st Financial Management Corp. <br />10. Eaton Vance Investors Fund, Inc. <br />11. Delta Savings 3 Loan, Bolsa, CA <br />12. Minnesota School District Liquid Asset Fund Plus <br />UPON MOTION by Don Anderson, seconded by Bill Levering, the LAKER/PIONEER was <br />designated as the official publication of the Orono School District. <br />UPON MOTION by Bill Levering, seconded by Don Anderson, the official office of <br />the clerk of the School Board will be the District Office in the middle school <br />building. <br />UPON MOTION by Kitty Crosby, seconded by Bill Levering, John Nolten of the law <br />firm of Faegre and Benson was approved as general legal counsel. <br />UPON MOTION by Kitty Crosby, seconded by Bill Levering, Dale Beihoffer of the <br />law firm of Faegre and Benson was approved as legal counsel for labor related <br />needs. <br />UPON MOTION by Kitty Crosby, seconded by Lucie Taylor, the auditing firm of <br />Froehling, Anderson, Plowman 6 Egnell, Ltd. as school auditors was approved. <br />UPON MOTION by Jim Franklin, seconded by Lucie Taylor, the renewal of surety <br />bonds for all employees was approved. <br />UPON MOTION by Don Anderson, seconded by Lucie Taylor, Kitty Crosby, Jim <br />Franklin and Bill Levering were appointed to serve on the Teachers Meet and <br />Confer committee. <br />
