Enc- <br />losed is permit bond and certificate of insurance. I am aware that the <br />City of Orono requires septic pumpers to successfully complete the MPCA/ <br />University of Minnesota On -Site Sewage Treatment Workshop. Unfortunately, <br />the course is not offered until January, 1986. I have course materials, and <br />have worked with pumpers who have completed the course and log many years <br />of experience. I support the City of Orono's efforts to assures juality <br />septic tank service and will attend the next scheduled WorkshoF If a <br />provisional permit is granted, I will make every effort to fully comply <br />with the City of Orono's regulations and procedures. <br />McCarty Water 4 Waste's marketing program emphasizes the need for routine <br />septic tank maintenance, which is compatible with the intent of the City <br />of Orono. <br />Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
