Gaffron, Assistant Zoning Administrator <br />Date: August 19, 1985 <br />Subject: Septic Pumper's License, McCarty Water 6 Waste <br />The applicant is requeuting a "provisional" license to pump <br />septic tanks within the City of Orono. She has not attended the <br />On -Site Sewage Treatment Workshop as required by Code, as she is <br />just starting her own business and the workshops are held once a <br />year in January -March. I have met with the applicant, am <br />impressed with her attitude, and knowledge of pumpout methods and <br />requirements, and I recommend that a pumper's license be issued <br />for 1985, with the wording "renewal of license for 1986 will <br />require completion of normal training requirements". <br />
