Approval is based on the following findings: <br />1. A house had existed on the property for over 40 years. <br />2. Septic tests confirm the property can sustain a principal and <br />alternate on -site septic system. <br />3. Only reasonable use of the property. <br />4. Adjacent lots are developed. <br />The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation. <br />
