The public hearing is <br />scheduled before the C-ouncil at your August 26th meeting. The Planning <br />Commission reviewed the application and voted unanimously to recommend <br />approval. <br />REVIEW OF APPLICATION <br />Staff can confirm all new construction meets required setbacks for <br />both principal and accessory structures. The new residence has been pulled <br />out of the 75 foot setback area where the previous residence way; located <br />approximately 60 feet from the lakeshore. Hardcover within th..� 75-250, <br />setback arts has been maintained at 25% coverage. Septic test-, confirm <br />adequate area for on -site septic systemSboth principal and alternate. <br />
