2. The City Council of the City of Orono further orders <br />that unless this corrective action is taken as follows: <br />a) board up windows within 10 days, <br />b) excavation backfilled within 15 days <br />enforcement of this order will be made by the City of Orono. <br />3. That the City Council of the City of Orono further <br />orders that if the City is compelled to take corrective <br />action herein all necessary costs expended by the City will <br />be assessed against the real estate concerned and collected <br />in accordance with Minnesota Statute, Section 463,22, <br />4. That the City Council of the City of Orono hereby <br />authorizes and directs the Mayor, City Administrator, City <br />Attorney, and other officers and employees of the City to <br />take such action, prepare, sign and serve such papers as are <br />necessary to comply with this Order and to assess the cost <br />thereof against the reai estate described above for <br />collection along with taxes. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota, this _th day of , 19_ <br />APPROVED: <br />ATTEST: Mary C.
