The Planning Commission felt they had no <br />problem with the 10' setback as long as the neighbor has no objection, <br />and Planning Commissi^n recommended approval subject to applicant <br />obtaining a letter of approval from the neighbor, Mr. Neumann, which <br />has been submitted. <br />Based on the Planning Commission's recommendation, a resolution <br />has been drafted and is attached for your review. <br />
