Building is in a state of deteriorate j;-i and dilapidation, <br />thus it is a safety and health hazard pursuant to <br />Minnesota State Buildinc_, Code/Uniform Building Code, <br />Section 203. <br />14. Orders to remove the structure were issued by the Buildinq <br />Official on August 31, 1984, and May 22, 1985. These <br />order have not been complied with. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as fo:lcws: <br />1.
