Members Callahan and Kelley <br />voted nay and both felt that the hardcover should not be <br />permitted. <br />Chairman Callahan stated that 3444 Eastlake Street should be <br />addressed. Callahan noted that Ccuncil has ordered the <br />applicant to remove the patio and now the applicant wishes to <br />construct a "f )ating deck". <br />Planning Commission asked for the hardcover calculations and <br />a sketch showing where the applicant wishes to place the <br />floating dec,: structure. <br />Kelley moved, Sime seconded, to table the application for <br />3444 Eastlake Street pending receipt of hardcover <br />calculations from the applicant and staff. Zoning Adminis- <br />trator Mabusth noted the certificate of mailing and the <br />affidavit of publication. Roland Amundson was present. <br />Mary Butler of 3145 Casco.Circle was present from the <br />audience for this application. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that the applicant had <br />rearranged 90 percent of the shorel ine bank. Mabusth . .ed <br />that such rearrangement had included the removal of •,,ure <br />trees, and addition or repairs tom non -conforming boathouse <br />structure. Mabusth stated that the applicant claims that <br />the tree, were dead at the time of the removal.
