Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: July 18, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: Status report on property located at 3536 Lyric Avenue - <br />owner Charles Henke <br />The property was inspected on July 18, 1985. Staff found that the <br />building remains as it was last year - no new roof, no new foundation. <br />Henke has place,. a black liner paper around the foundation - that is <br />all. He has added one other addition.. On his front window he has <br />soaped the message "Mind your own business". <br />The deadline for Henke is July 23. .On that day staff will inspect the <br />site and confirm for Tom Radio the current status. After the July 23 <br />deadline.date, Radio may confirm for courts the status of the Henke <br />property. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrato AR11--3 <br />Staff will work with City Attorney to expedite the matter <br />with the court. <br />
