PAGE' 11 <br />COUPON BONDS <br />RESOLUTION #1794 <br />MID YEAR FINANCIAL <br />BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS <br />City Administrator bornhardson discussed the memo dated July <br />2, 1985 prepared by 1n6e Director Kuehn regarding the <br />retention and dest on of paid bonds and coupons of <br />certain debt issue the paying agent. <br />'It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br />Frahm, to approve adoption of Resolution #1794 authorizing <br />Norwest Bank Minneapolis to cancel, retain and destroy <br />certain bonds and coupons. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />It was moved by Councilmember Grabek, seconded by <br />Councilmember Frahm, to authorize expenditure from <br />contingency as listed in City Administrator Bernhardsons <br />post memo dated July 2, 1985 in the amount of $19,535. <br />Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />ADMINISTRATON'S GOAL SETTING <br />AND EVALUATION <br />City Administrator Bernhardson indicated that he would like <br />to discuss his goals and objectives with the Council <br />individually during the month of July and formalize it by <br />August 1st.. <br />SMITh POWERS SEWER MATTER <br />It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br />Adams, to extend the condemnation proceedings until July 15, <br />1985, as outlined in City Administrator Bernhardsons' memo <br />dated July 5, 1985. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (1). <br />Councilmember Frahm voted nay. <br />PERSONNEL RULES AND <br />COMPENSATION STUDY <br />ASSESSOR'S CONTRACT <br />EMI LOYMENT <br />PART TIME RECORDER* <br />For Council's information, City Administrator Bernhardson <br />submitted his report dated July 3,1985 regarding Personnel <br />Rules and Compensation Study. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by Mayor <br />Butler, to approve the renewal of Assessor Rolf Ericson's <br />1985-86 contract with a 3.7% increase of $1,500.00, as <br />recommended in City Administrator Bernhardson's memo dated <br />July 5, 1985. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />It. was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br />Frahm, to approved the part time employment of. Patricia L. <br />Peterson as City Recorder as requested in Office Coordinator <br />Lattin' s memo dated July 3, 1985. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />
