(The original request was <br />approximately $8,500). Even at this price we recommened approval <br />of the change order relocation. <br />Item #3 Regarding the pipe size increase we have a preliminary <br />indication that PCA will approve 8" throughout but if not want to <br />be in compliance with the regulations of other agencies. <br />
