MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCII. MEETING HELD JULY 22, 1985. PAGE 1 <br />ATTENDANCE 7:00 PM <br />CONSENT AGENDA* <br />The Orono Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Butler, Councilmembers Grabek, <br />Frahm, Ariams, and Iiammerel. The following represented the <br />City St:,ff: City Administrator Bernhardson, Public Works <br />Coordinator Gerhardson, Building 6 Zoning Administrator <br />Mabusth, Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron, and City <br />Recorder Peterson. City Attorney Radio and City Engineer <br />Cook were also present. <br />Mayor Butler removed Item M7 (()932, Ward Edwards Variance) <br />from the Consent Agenda because applicant has requested it to <br />be tabled until the naxt meeting. <br />It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br />Frahm, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. Motion, Ayes <br />(5), Nays (0). <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES* <br />It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br />Frahm, to approve the regular Council minutes of July 8, 1985 <br />as submitted. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />STUBBS BAY SCHOOL REPORT <br />Barbara Peterson representing the Park Commission was unable <br />to attend as planned. Park Commission member Phil Bradley, <br />4075 Oak St, was in attendan— for this matter. <br />Per their memo dated July 17: 1985, the Park Commission would <br />like to see if the party donating the building would also <br />consider donating a portion of the property surrounding the <br />building to be used as parking and general grounds. <br />Staff and interested Councilmembers were requested to pursue <br />the matter. <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION <br />DISTRICT REPORT <br />City Administrator Bernhardson submitted the LMCD Status <br />Report. dated July 17, 1985. <br />P LANN l NG COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />Planning Commission Representative Taylor had no comments at <br />this time. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />114-rc wc-rc no public comments. <br />
