Staff observed the I swing violations: <br />1. Approximately 90 percent of the shoreline bank r 3 been <br />cleared of trees and brush--8 to 10 were over 5 inches in <br />diameter. The applicant had advised they were all dead. 'he <br />inspector had observed in a latcr inspection that some of the <br />trees removed appeared to be alive --photos were taken of the <br />trees for review at our meeting. *n -- .: c3plicant. was asked to <br />submit an expert opinion as to the .:onditioi. the trees at <br />remova. (landscape architect, forester, e.:t.) Planning <br />Commission did not fen1 this was ftecessary as the trees are <br />gone. It is ..ire important to deal with res.-oration and <br />conservation issue. <br />
