MINUTES OF THE ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD JUNE 17, 1985. PAGE 18 <br />4933 BUTTERFIELD McDonald asked if there is any opposition in the <br />(Cont.) neighborhood. <br />Ned Butterfield stated no there is no opposition. <br />Chairman Callahan closed the public hearing at 11:05 p.m. <br />Taylor moved, McDonald seconded, to recommend approval of <br />the conditional use permit f c r Ned Butterfield based on the <br />following findings: <br />1. The proposed location of the conditional use is in accord <br />with the objectives of the Zoning Chapter and the purpose <br />of the district in which the site is located and <br />Comprehensive Municipal Plan. <br />2. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />proposed condition under which it would be operated or <br />maintained would not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or -welfare, or materially injurious to <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />3. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Chapter. <br />Motion, Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Goetten moved, Chairman Callahan seconded, to approve the <br />Planning Commission minutes of May 20, 1985. Motion, Ayes <br />(7), Nays (0). <br />REPRESENTATIVE TO ATTEND <br />COUNCIL MEETING Rovegno volunteered to attend the Council meeting of July 8, <br />1985. <br />DISCUSSION Chairman Callahan noted that he wi 11 not be able to attend the <br />July 15, 1985 Planning Commission meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT 11:15 PN <br />The regular Planning Commission meeting adjourned at 11:15 <br />p.m. <br />
