There are other locations (one to northwest side of <br />house) for the proposed pool outside of protected area. <br />4. Variances cannot be granted for the convenience of an <br />applicant but must be based on circumstances unique to <br />the property. <br />Motion was delayed whe: Planning Commission asked applicant <br />if they would like the latter tabled to find other locations <br />for the pool and greenhouse. <br />Stanley Gregory stated that she would rather have the <br />application tabled in order to provide the Planning <br />Commission members adequate time to inspect the site in order <br />to understand their request. <br />Sime's previous motion was withdrawn. <br />McDonald moved, Sime seconded, to table action on the Gregory <br />variance application in order to give the applicant time to <br />'ring back new proposal and Planning Commission members <br />]ditional time to inspect site. Motion, Ayes (7), Nays <br />,0). <br />#928 RICHARD PULA <br />2015 WEBBER HILLS ROAD <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />9:46 - 9:59 PM Chairman Callahan called for the public hearing at 9:46 p.m. <br />concerning Pula's conditional use permit application. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth noted the certificate of <br />mailing and the affidavit of publication. Richard Pula was <br />present. There was no one present from the audience for this <br />public hearing. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that the applicant seeks <br />a conditional use permit for a non -rental apartment to be <br />constructed within the second story of a recent garage <br />addition to their home. Mabusth stated that the applicant <br />advises that the apartment will be used for care of their <br />mother. Mabusth stated that there is some questions among <br />staff as to the exact location of the septic sys�.,­m and that <br />staff would ask for septic system expansion if the <br />conditional use permit is approved. <br />Chairman Callahan noted that the septic information is vital <br />in this application and that the application should be tabled <br />until the applicant can submit information regarding the <br />septic system. Callahan did note that this would a sharp <br />variance from the code. <br />
