This work would be <br />the subject of a separate estimate, prior to the commencement <br />of that portion of the Study effort. <br />The CITY will have the option of terminating or re -directing <br />the Study at the conclusion of any of the phases described <br />above. <br />The cost of the services outlined above will be due to the <br />CONSULTANT upon receipt of an invoice showing the work <br />completed and the cost of said work. To each invoice not paid <br />within thirty (30) days shall be added a service charge of one <br />and one-half percent (1.5%) per month for each month <br />delinquent. <br />
