Presently I am reviewing appropriate documents including minutes, <br />the joint powers agreement, request for proposal, and relevant <br />ranchise contracts/ordinance. Based on a review of at least the <br />joint powers agreement there seems to be no bar to Orono <br />collecting the .entire amount, as the language indicates only that <br />a bill we submitted be foL all monies expended in the franchising <br />process. It is my intent to discuss this Further with Dow -Sat <br />this next week in hopes of resolving this to Orono's <br />satisfae-tion. <br />Should you have further questions or comments please feel free to <br />contact me. <br />
