Thera was no (—ne present. from the public. <br />Asnistant Zoninq Administrator Gaffron statec: that. <br />this application is a subdivision of approximately a <br />4.4 acre: parcel, excluding roadways. Thus making twc <br />lots of approximately 2.2 acres. The topography of <br />this property makes this subdivision a logical <br />division. <br />Kelley noted that the houses would have to build <br />behind the 200' lot width line. Kelley also ques- <br />tioned how many driveways would be incorporated. <br />Mr. Krucrier stated that two driveways would be <br />implemented. <br />Kelley moved. Goet ten seconded, to recommend approval <br />of preliminary Subdivision for Chuck & Janet.
