Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Dear Mayor Butler: <br />As specified in the Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant <br />Program "Citizen Part-icipaticn Plan," the Citizens Advisory Committee is to <br />comment on the proposed activities of cities in Urban Hennepin County.
