LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATIv DISTRICT <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />TONKA BAY VILLAGE HALL <br />April 2L, 1985 <br />The regular meeting of the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District CALL TO <br />as called to order by Vice Chairman Rascop at 7:30 p.m. on Wednes- ORDER <br />day, April 24, 1985 at the Tonka Bay Village Hall. <br />Members present: Richard Garwood (Deephaven), Carl Weisser (Excel- <br />sior), Robert Pillsbury (Minnetonka), Donald Boynton (Minnetonka <br />Beach), Frank de Monchaux (Minnetrista), Jon Elam (Mound), JoEllen ATTENDANCE <br />Hurr (Orono), Robert Rascop (Shorewood), Ron Kraemer (Spring Park), <br />Ed Bauman (Tonka Bay), Richard Soderberg* (Victoria), Audrey <br />Gisvold (Wayzata), and Robert Slocum (Woodland). Communities <br />represented: Thirteen 1131. *Arrived late. <br />Hurr Moved, Gisvold Seconded that the minutes of the March 27, MINUTES <br />1985 meeting be approved. Motion; Ayes 1121, Nays [0]. <br />Elam Moved, Bauman Seconded that the Treasurer's Report be approved TREASURER'S <br />and the bills paid. Motion, Ayes 1121, Nays 101. REPORT <br />WATER STRUCTURES 6 ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE: Rascop reported that <br />the Winston Estates hearing had been held after the committee <br />had met; the Minnetonka Yacht Club dock license matter was continued <br />subject to receipt of a revised application. Several other license <br />matters were reviewed and recommendations made: <br />1. Schmitt's Marina - apprnval of the 1985 amended dock license <br />application as stipulated. <br />2. Park Hill North - approval of new dock license request for <br />seven WAU, subject to placing the slips in the inlet contiguous <br />to the existing Park Hill West dockage. <br />3. Surfside - approval of the renewal application subject to <br />no overnight parking at transient slips. <br />4. Lord Fletchers of the lake - approval of the 1985 renewal <br />application. <br />5. Bay Shore Manor Condominium - approval of the 1985 renewal <br />application for 20 WAU. <br />6. Maple Crest Estates - approval of the 1985 renewal application. <br />7. Village of Minnetonka Beach - approval of the 1985 renewal <br />application, subject to late fees next year. <br />8. Hennepin County at Spring Park - approval of the 1985 renewal <br />application subject to late fees next year. <br />9. Exceleint Bay Associates - approval of the 1985 renewal <br />application. <br />
