go i FORM OF AGREEMENT A THIS AGREEMENT, made and signed this day of 19 , by and between , hereinafter called the "Owner", and hereinafter called the "Contractor". + THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that the Owner and the Contractor, for the con- siderktion hereinafter stated, agree as follows: M ARTICLE. I.
