City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />GENERAL COMMENDATION <br />FRANK PETERSON <br />WHEREAS, on Sunday, April 28, 1985, a burglary was <br />committed at the offices of Dr. Ohmann, 2160 West Wayzata <br />Boulevard, in Orono; and <br />WHEREAS, the efforts of Frank Peterson resulted in the <br />arrest and charge of an individual for second degree burglary in <br />connection with the breakin; and <br />WHEREAS, Frank Peterson provided the police with a good <br />description of the i Jividual suspect together with the license <br />plate of the vehicle used; and <br />WHEREAS, an alert and cooperative citizenry is essential <br />to maintaining law and order; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono wishes to commend and <br />encourage the involvment of its residents in the overall <br />protection of the community and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby highly commends Frank Peterson on the <br />above listed actions and express their gratitude. that Frank <br />Peterson is willing to step foreward and be counted protecting <br />Orono and maintaining it as a safe place to 1 i ve. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held May 28, 1985. <br />Mary C.
