1.30 WRITTEN NOTl(:F; <br />Written <br />Notice shall be deemed to have been served if delivered <br />in person or <br />sent by <br />registered or certified mail to the individual or other <br />entity or to <br />the last <br />known business address of such individual or entity. It <br />shall be the <br />duty of <br />each party to advise the other parties to the Agreement as to any <br />change in the business address until completion and acceptance of <br />the Work. <br />1.31 WORK <br />The entire completed construction or the various separately identifiable parts <br />thereof required to be furnished under the Contract Documents. Work is the <br />result of performing services, furnishing labor and furnishing and incorporat- <br />ing materials and equipment into the construction, all as required by the Con- <br />tract Documents. <br />SECTION 2 <br />BIDDING REQUIREMENTS <br />2.1 PROPOSAL. FORMS <br />The Owner will furnish Proposal Forms to any qualified Bidder upon request. <br />2.2 TNTERPRETATION OF Qt1ANTITY ESTIMATES <br />The schedule quantities as listed in the Proposal are t­ be considered approx- <br />imate only and may he increased, decreased or omitted as necessary to complete <br />the Work as described in the Contract Documents. <br />2.3 EXAMINATTON OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND WORK SI <br />Each Bidder is required to examine carefully the site of the Work, the Pro- <br />posal Forms, Specifications and Plans. Submission of a Proposal constitutes a <br />representation by the Bidder that he has made such examination, has familiar- <br />ized himself with the .•onditions to he encountered, the character, quality and <br />quantity of work to he performed and material to be furnished and has corre- <br />lated his observations with the requirements of these Contract Documents. <br />2.4 <br />ADDENDA <br />Any <br />AlAer.da <br />p: for <br />to the time of receipt of Proposals shall bo included <br />in the <br />Proposii and <br />abnll <br />he mad,- part of <br />the Contract Documents.
