Status Report Memo <br />Page 3 <br />Staff's comments regarding Point B: <br />The rotting wood pile to the rear of 3393 are the trimmings from trees. <br />I don't know if they have been placed there by the railroad or the <br />residents since many of the lots that abutt the railroad track appear to <br />collect similar brush piles. Staff can certainly ask that they all be <br />removed if they present an eyesore and a hazard. <br />Does Council wish staff to ask all violators to remove the collection of <br />brush and trimmings along the railroad right of way? <br />On June 20, 1985, staff took pictures of all the alleged violations on <br />the subject properties and will be available for review at our meeting. <br />Please contact me prior to the meeting if you feel additional <br />information is required for our review. <br />
