Applicant must provide adequate security and enter into a <br />developer's agreement if the private road and existing driveway re- <br />moval are not completed prior to final plat approval. Applicant to <br />submit plans of restoration of driveway area prior to alteration for <br />Orono staff approval. Engineering plans for private road must be <br />approved by the Orono staff prior to construction. <br />5. The City will ask for underlying road and utility easements over <br />Outlot A - maintenance covenants for upkeep and maintenance of private <br />road. Applicant must submit proof within private covenants that <br />shared drives, ownership and maintenance is shared by Lots 1, 2 and <br />3. <br />6. The area of the property involved in Lydiard Lake (below elevation <br />9701) must be described in angles and bearings and designated as <br />drainage easements. The drainage easements are to be dedicated on <br />the plat for public use. <br />7. Payment of $800.00 park dedication fee ($200.00 for each lot). <br />
