UPON MOT n Anderson, seconded by Bill Levering, the call for bids on
group teicoverage for all eligible employees of the district was
approved.
Don Anderson asked if t.dministration had considered reinstating some of the
sports in the middle school which had been eliminated because of budget cuts in
past years. Mr. Setter stated that there had not been any discussion regarding
this matter but that he would discuss it with the administrators.
Discussion ensued regarding the possibility of cooperating with Mound in the
hiring of a food service manager. Bill Fenholt stated that as Mound's food ser-
vice manager is retiring this year and Orono's manager plans to retire at the
end of the 1985-86 school year, this would be an opportune time to explore this
possibility. The consensus of the Board was that this should be studied and
evaluated.
UPON MOTION by Bill Levering, seconded by Kitty Crosby, the annual School Board
Election returns as submitted by the Electicn Judges were approved as follows:
David McKown 262
Reuben N. Palm 253
Lucienne J. Taylor 281
Write-ins 5
Total votes cast were 448.
WHEREUPON David McKown and Lucienne J. Taylor were declared elected to Board
membership for three-year terms.
UPON MOTION by Reuben Palm, seconded by Kitty Crosby, the meeting was adjourned.
C
Katherint P.
