MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD JUNE 24, 19 PAGE 20 <br />Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember L. Adams seconded, to <br />adopt Resolution #1766, A Resolution authorizing making of <br />land by eminent domain for utility easement purposes for the <br />Crystal Bay sewer project. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />CRYSTAL BAY SEWER PROJECT <br />City Attorney Radio noted that the contract documents <br />provide for contractor's risk insurance and that the <br />contractor has not provided this in the specifications. <br />Radio informed staff that the bidder should provide this <br />information since the contract calls for such insurances. <br />LICENSES* Counci lmember L. Adams moved, Councilmember Frahm seconded, <br />to approve the following licenses: <br />King Super Value - Cigarette License <br />Roger Frommelt - Fireworks Permit <br />Clover Hill Company - Septic System Installer's License <br />Q Superette - Off Sale Beer License <br />Lakeview Golf Course - On Sale Beer License <br />Mexican Inn - On Sale Beer License <br />Wayzata Country Club - Club Liquor License <br />Ron Potas - Fireworks Permit <br />Navarre Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses - Temp.
