TO: City Council <br />FROM: Pam Sutton, City Recorder <br />DATE: June 19, 1985 <br />BOBJBCT: Temporary Trailer License Application - 3655 Togo Road <br />Every year the Navarre Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses apply for a <br />temporary mobile home trailer parking license. They are requesting <br />that the trailer be allowed from August 5 - 16. 1985. <br />When the municipal code was codified they eliminated our temporary <br />dwelling section (old Chapter 28) and replaced it with another <br />section. After consultation with Building i Zoning Administrator <br />Mabusth, she recommended that the temporary mobile home trailer fall <br />under Section 9.52, Subdivision 2 (C). <br />Section 9.52 prohibits "a camping vehicle for human habitation on any <br />private property for more than 72 hours without a permit from the City." <br />Zoning Administrator Nabusth recommends that the trailer be allowed <br />from August 5 - 16, 1985 consistent with applicant's request for the <br />past ten years. <br />
