MINNESOTA 55369 <br />(612) 424.5612 <br />RE: Dittrich Real Estate Matter <br />Dear Mr. Gerhardson: <br />LJUN <br />�� ji, <br />f0 191�5 I' <br />REPLY TO <br />Mound <br />In reviewing Dittrich's file prior to the commencement of <br />the application for torrensing Dittrich's property, I had <br />forgotten that actually a part of his property is already <br />deeded to the City of Orono and, therefore, that part already <br />deeded to the City of Orono would not be included in this <br />torrensing. The only part that would be included in the <br />torrensing would be that part not -usly deeded to the <br />City. <br />In reviewing the abstract, it would appear that on December 29, <br />1984 a warranty deed was executed by Irene Rose Jackson and <br />Henry W. Jackson to the Village of Orono covering the follow- <br />ing described property: <br />All that part of the above described property lying <br />within the boundaries of the following described <br />tract; beginning at a point on the West line of <br />Lot 5, Block 3, Townsite of Langdon Park, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, distance 275.9 feet North of the <br />Southwest Corner thereof; thence deflecting to the <br />right or Northeasterly at an angle of 74 degrees <br />30 minutes, along a line hereinafter referred to <br />as Line "A", distance of 168.06 feet more or less <br />to the Westerly right-of-way line of County Road <br />No. 19, thence Northwesterly along said right-of- <br />way line of County Road No. 19, a distance of 35 <br />feet; thence Southwesterly parallel with the <br />aforementioned line "A", a distance of 100 feet to <br />a point, thence Southwesterly to a point on the <br />West line of Lot 5, Block 3, distant 28.9 feet <br />to the North of the point of beginning; thence <br />
