MINNESOTA 55369 (612) 424.5612 RE: Dittrich Real Estate Matter Dear Mr. Gerhardson: LJUN �� ji, f0 191�5 I' REPLY TO Mound In reviewing Dittrich's file prior to the commencement of the application for torrensing Dittrich's property, I had forgotten that actually a part of his property is already deeded to the City of Orono and, therefore, that part already deeded to the City of Orono would not be included in this torrensing. The only part that would be included in the torrensing would be that part not -usly deeded to the City. In reviewing the abstract, it would appear that on December 29, 1984 a warranty deed was executed by Irene Rose Jackson and Henry W. Jackson to the Village of Orono covering the follow- ing described property: All that part of the above described property lying within the boundaries of the following described tract; beginning at a point on the West line of Lot 5, Block 3, Townsite of Langdon Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota, distance 275.9 feet North of the Southwest Corner thereof; thence deflecting to the right or Northeasterly at an angle of 74 degrees 30 minutes, along a line hereinafter referred to as Line "A", distance of 168.06 feet more or less to the Westerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 19, thence Northwesterly along said right-of- way line of County Road No. 19, a distance of 35 feet; thence Southwesterly parallel with the aforementioned line "A", a distance of 100 feet to a point, thence Southwesterly to a point on the West line of Lot 5, Block 3, distant 28.9 feet to the North of the point of beginning; thence
