COUVIL MEETING <br />JU!1 2 4 11",c5 <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator��`l �.9 �� ��k�Dd <br />DATE: June 21, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: Livingston Avenue Drainage Problem <br />As you may recall approximately a month ago we had received a <br />request to do a project feasibility study regarding public storm <br />sewer into the vicinity of Livingston Avenue, just east of Blaine <br />Avenue. In subsequent discussions with requesting party who had <br />a problem with water in the area that ponded on the street <br />eventually draining past their yard and causing basement <br />problems, they have indicated that they will solve their problem <br />privately, at least for the time being. After review by our <br />Public Works Coordinator feel the solution appropriate at this <br />time. Requestor is now withdrawing their request and it is felt <br />that this private solution is the best way to proceed. (No <br />action required). <br />
