To the extent that you <br />desire Planning Commission consideration and input on the matter <br />it may be appropriate either to refer it to Planning Commission <br />or as an alternative to jointly meet with the Planning Commission <br />to discuss these issues. <br />Your discussion of at least selected matters at your June 24th <br />meeting will be helpful to us in addressing a couple of issues <br />that are currently pending as noted in the memo. <br />Thank you very much. <br />
