3 <br />Spring Hill Center - I have asked the County for an opinion on <br />the exemption of the two additional parcels. All new exempt <br />parcels are required to be abated by Hennepin County. I believe <br />these two parcels have been turned down for exemption. <br />RECOMMEND: Let tax court make decision <br />Marge Rossing <br />130 Cygnet Place <br />04-117-23 22 0023 <br />Property reviewed on June 3nd, 1985. Scott Mann bought the <br />property in January 1984 for $95,000. Assignment for contract <br />for deed was f i led for Marge Rossing in Apri 1 1984. <br />RECOMMEND: Reduction of market value to $102,200. The reduction <br />is based on the poor interior of the home, not based on exterior <br />condition and residue in the yard. Market value dcns include <br />incompleted garage. <br />
