June 3, 1985 <br />Honorable Mayor 6 City of Orono Council Members <br />Box 66, <br />Crystal Bay, Minnesota 55323 <br />On February 11, 1985 I executed a part time contractual employee agreement <br />effective January 26, 1985, between myself and the City of Orono, with the <br />option of terminating the agreement and the balance of monthly payments, <br />payable in a lump sum within sixty (60) days. <br />For health reasons beyond my control, I have applied for which has <br />been approved, a total 6 permanent disability with the Public Employee <br />Retirement Association.
