R. Benson per his request dated June 3, 1985 <br />effective June 10, 1985. <br />In response to this request: <br />A. Staff is requesting a transfer of $10,000 of the <br />current $20,000 contingency to cover that portion of <br />$23,265.00 not already covered in the Administration <br />budget. <br />B. Viewing our investments coming due and being <br />available by July 8th together with the commitments <br />we have to see if enough cash will be on hand to <br />issue a check on that date. <br />C. To the extent that cash on hand on July 8th does not <br />permit one lump sum payment either discuss with Mr. <br />Benson the possibility of partial payment based on <br />cash available on July 8th followed with the balance <br />prior to August 9, 1985 or absent that payment of <br />one lump sum prior to August 9, 1985. <br />
