SchultzeY OF ORONO <br />File No. 139 - 919 <br />Dear Jeanne: <br />We have reviewed the ponding area constructed on Lot 3 of the Wyndemere <br />Subdivision. The ponding area has been constructed in a drainage way and will <br />control the rate of runoff from approximately 7 acres. The ponding area will <br />not have a significant effect on the water quality in the watershed. <br />The inlet and outlet culvert elevations from the pond should be set so <br />blockage of water on Lot 4 does not occur. The banks of the pond and <br />disturbed yard area should be seeded as soon as possible. <br />We would recommend that a 20' wide drainage easement be provided diagonally <br />across the lot because of the tennis court being so close to the lot line. <br />The grading for the tennis court and the excess excavation along the lot line <br />would preclude maintaining the drainage along the lot line as proposed. <br />If you have any questions, please contact this office. <br />Yours very truly, <br />BONESTR00, ROSENE, ANDERLIK 6 ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />Glenn R.
