Kauffmann for the <br />property at 2696 Ethel Avenue. <br />Based upon what I know about the size of the proposed house it <br />appears to be too big for the lot and, more importantly, I believe <br />it will block my view of the main lake:. <br />Also, because of the size of the house and decks around the house <br />I believe it will interfere with my privacy. I believe the houses <br />have been placed as they are so that each of us can get the most <br />enjoyment and view of the lake without obstructing each others <br />use and enjoyment. <br />Dorothy Kearns <br />2691 Ethel Avenue <br />
