PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATING COUNCIL <br />OPERATIONAL BYLAWS <br />Article IV. MEMBERSHIP <br />Section 3. Any suburban -local unit of government desiring to become <br />a member of the HCCJCC shall execute a joint resolution of participation <br />and those same units of government which execute such resolutions shall <br />jointly have the following representation on the HCCJCC: <br />-- fedw-}edi-vi-dual-s;-ei•ther-rflayers-e�=-rflerflbers-ef-sabewbaR-e}ty <br />eeene}Is;-el:eeted; -through-rfla�l-ed-nerfl�nat�eRs-and-bal lets; <br />• <br />by -the -rflayers-and-eauRe�l--FRerflbere-ef-partieipating-suburban <br />leeal--unR ts-ef-geverRflent; <br />-- four individuals. either mayors or members of suburban ci <br />councils, to be selected by those members of the Association <br />of Metropolitan Municipalities who represent suburban units <br />of government within Hennepin County; <br />-- two suburban city managers/administrators... <br />The motion for adoption of the proposed amendment was made bzy'Hopkins <br />Chief Ovide LaBerge, seconded by District Court representative Ward Whalen <br />and passed unanimously on October a, 1978, at a regular meeting of the <br />HCCJCC. <br />
