E <br />RESOLUTION #990 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #749, A JOINT RESOLUTION ESTAB- <br />LISHING THE HENNEPIN COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATING COUNCIL <br />WHEREAS, the parties, 29 political jurisdictions in County <br />of Hennepin, recognized the need for Criminal Justice System plan- <br />ning and coordination on a County wide basis; and <br />WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the operational <br />bylaws of the Hennepin County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, <br />a copy of which proposed amendments is attached hereto, <br />NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Orono agrees with the <br />proposed amendment and requests the Hennepin County Criminal Justice <br />Coordinating Council to adopt this amendment. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />regular meeting held January 23, 1979.
