<br />area was pointed out to him on the plat, to which he
<br />agreed was satisfactory to him. .
<br />Mayor Van nest moved, Pesek seconded, to give
<br />preliminary approval for seven family units for
<br />Fied lferfurth, 225 North Ferndale Road, with the
<br />PRD a separate application in accordance_ with the
<br />skei ch. Motion, Ayes (4) - !3.)ys (0) .

<br />the table the request of Paul Clabo, 1388 Park Drive,
<br />for a variance, Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays 10).

<br />Mr. Alan Olsor, City Planner, informed the City SUBDIVISION
<br />Council that Donald Scott, 2325 Longview Circle, 2325 Longview Circle
<br />has completed all outstanding conditions sited on # 4 4 2
<br />hisnotification of January 26, 1979. Staff recommends Donald Scott
<br />approval of the plat in accordance with the en-.?osed
<br />resolution.

<br />Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record
<br />the request of Robert Olson, 4645 Bayside Ro.id, for
<br />a subdivision, dated November 21, 1978, which states:
<br />Sketch Plan Review - fir. Olson has submitted an
<br />application for a two lot subdivision originally
<br />submitted and approved by Council May 28, 1974) by
<br />Harold Anderson, 4665 Rayside Road. The original
<br />application was never f ini. zed because fir. Anderson
<br />did not complete specific otAigations to the City.
