I " <br />0 <br />RESOLUTION NO 928 <br />A RESOLUTION REAPPROVING A LOT DIVISION <br />FOR LEO AND PERCY DUEHN <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br />of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 24, 1968, the Orono City Council approved a <br />division of property for Percy Duehn; and <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the City Council approved lot division, <br />Percy Duehn prepared and recorded with the Hennepin County Recorder's <br />Office the attached Exhibit A. A Quit Claim Deed, dated March 18, 1969; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property division has never been properly <br />recorded by the Hennepin County Finance Department, <br />• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby reaffirms a lot division for Percy Duehn and <br />hereby authorizes Leo Duehn to file and record with Hennepin County <br />the metes and bounds descriptions of the resulting parcels as noted <br />on the attached Exhibit B. a sketch prepared by Gordon Coffin, Land <br />Surveyor, dated December 15, 1977. <br />Dated this 15 day of August 19 78•� <br />ATTEST: <br />Walter R. <br />on, Clerk/Administrator <br />I <br />lliam B.
