IIERZUCK <br />This letter will certify that I have examined the Registered <br />Property Abstract prepared and certified by Land Title, Inc. for <br />the following described property: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Bayview Farms, <br />continued down to the 12th day of October, 1994, at 7:00 o'clock <br />a.m. and assuming said abstract to be complete and correct, I am <br />of the opinion that on that date good and marketable record title <br />was vested in Irvin T. Geffre and Marjorie L. Geffre, free from <br />encumbrances and defects, except as follows: <br />1. A Mortgage originally in favor of Bell Mortgage Company, <br />now in favor of Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, an Iowa <br />corporation, dated September 21, 1993, and recorded November 2, <br />1993, as Document No. 2437595, securing the original principal <br />amount of $53,000.00. This Mortgage constitutes a lien upon the <br />property until paid. You should require that this mortgage be <br />satisfied, or that Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company either <br />signs the Plat, or executes a consent to the Plat.
