Mabusth reported this application is for a CUP for lot 2 of Kelly Second Addition for approval of a walkout design involving 450 cubic yards of soil correction under the building pad. This plan would raise the structure 8-9' resulting in a major elevation change. The application also jnvolves land alterations within property to immediate west. 7
