The property was
subdivided in 1979 granting approval of certain setback variances
for an existing barn and shed adjacent to the newly proposee
division line. The structures have not been located on the
conceptual plan, but it would appear that the barn would now be
located within Lot 7. At the time of the subdivision (review
Exhibit E) the barn structure was 'to conform to all animal
ordinances'. Obviously the structure did not meet the required
150' setback at that time and could not be used for the
maintenance of animals. Based on the ordinance amendment of that
section since 1979, the applicant would have a choice of meeting
a '?5' setback for the maintenance of animals for private use
only. If the t•arr is to be used for quasi commercial use (the
hoarding of animals), the barn woulc' have to neet 150' setback
from the proposed lot line. The existing house tas been showr. on
Uot 1 a:;d appears to meet the required 50' front and 30' side
setback. -he prelirinary plat must show structures to remain on
the property in relation to proposes4 lot lines.
