The second sketch plan shows a joint road to be provided to serve <br />both the Olson property at 4645 Bayside Road and the White property <br />located at 180 North Shore Drive. This plan provides an access unto <br />Bayside Road by a public street running through the White property <br />for the northerly 250 feet and then jointly on the property line <br />between the two properties to a cul-de-sac ending approximately 80 <br />feet north of the South line. A right of way would be provided to <br />connect to a future east west road through the Armstrong property <br />if and when it is dubdivided. this scheme will serve both the White <br />and Olson properties and will be used if negotiations with the <br />Whites can be made to share in the cost of such road. <br />This scheme will allow subdivision of 6 lots including the existing <br />house on the Olson property and 6 lots including the existing house <br />on the White property.
