The application is made by K-P Properties, Inc. <br />which will buy all of the Olson property except the existing house on <br />one lot which will be sold to John and Kathi Pfeiffer. The phone <br />number for the Pfeiffers' is 797-9877. <br />Two sketch plans have been submitted. The first provides for a new <br />street accessing unto Bayside Road about where the existing <br />driveway for 4645 Bayside Road is located. This plan provides for 6 <br />lots accessing unto such road with a temporary cul-de-sac about <br />145 feet north of the Armstrong property, which lies to the south of <br />this site. A right of way for a future connection to the Armstrong <br />property will be dedicated so that the street can connect to an east <br />west street through the Armstrong property when such property is <br />developed. Access to 4665 Bayside Road could be provided to this <br />new street to eliminate that driveway opening unto Bayside Road if <br />the owner of that property wishes to connect it to the new street. <br />Six lots will be platted with a minimum buildable size of two acres. <br />Two septic sites will be provided for each lot.
