"BAYSIDE MEADOWS" <br />Upon City approval, the project construction is to begin in the Spring of 2013. The site grading <br />work will consist of a private street and a storm water treatment pond construction. There will be <br />some minimal grading on each of the lots to complete the street construction and the grading <br />balance for the project. The grading within the two existing outlots between the Geffre ( 4665 <br />Bayside Rd) and Sims ( 4645 Bayside Rd) will require a grading easement in order to keep the <br />private road as low as possible to the adjacent landowners to lessen the visual impacts. The <br />developer is working with the two adjacent owners to obtain the necessary construction <br />easements. Also, a stipulation of the plat approval in 1994 for Bayview Farms 2°d Addition, as it <br />was the city's intent to have both 4665 and 4645 revise their driveway locations onto Outlot B <br />and to eliminate their direct driveway access to Bayside Road. The Sims ( 4645), are in agreement <br />with that condition. The Geffres ( 4665), prefer to maintain their driveway out to Bayside Road. <br />-2- <br />1/23/2013 359 J
